Something is Dead at Castle Rood

A couple of days ago we began to notice a pretty foul odor coming from our kitchen. Being that we have three small kids at first we suspected that they somehow were responsible for the noxious smell. After about a day though we realized that something was dead either under the house or in the walls. Our maintenance crew from church was over here digging in the walls and going under the house but they found nothing. I was glad for their help but sad that the smell is still here. We've been trying to mask the odor with some air freshener but it is not working.

Sadly Castle Rood is now the stinky place. I guess we'll have to forgo the dinner parties for a while.

so this reminds me of our house a couple of years ago. It was the 1st week of Mission Adventures and our house started reaking. We had the maintanence guy over and he looked up in the attick, looked all over the house and found nothing. 2 day's later it still stunk and even worse. He came back and we were talking about cutting through the walls to find it as it was coming from the kitchen wall. We kept looking then the maintanence guy opened up the microwave and we found our smell, dead broccoli. Yep, we had been so busy with Mission Adv. that we forgot to take the broccoli our of the microwave. The maintanance guy gagged and just left the house pissed.

Soren told me that he helped Kaije get in the crawl space and he pooped down the air vent. Those kids!
