The Dallas scene

Went to a party last night. It was a wedding reception here in Dallas for one of my staff members who got married in Detroit right before Christmas. I can pretty much say I don't think I've ever been to such an elaborate party. Fun to see a ton of people from church all in a different setting. Elvis was there and so was Michael Jackson (or at least good impersonators). At one point I know the Mayor of Dallas was standing next to me.

Fun to see a bunch of students dressed up too. For Danielle and I it felt like we're finally getting to know some families and get to be a little bit more a part of the community.

Lars, you're certainly moving up. I don't think I ever heard about a party in LA where you stood next to the mayor - very nice!
